Digital resources and prices
We sell English-language digital templates and trackers, not a managed booking service. Product pages list the contents and file formats. Prices are final GBP amounts, payable once through Stripe Checkout, with no delivery charge or subscription. Review the selected product and total before paying. The Starter Pack includes the resources in the smaller packs; you do not need to purchase both.
Delivery and compatibility
After payment is verified, your confirmation page provides a download and we send an access link by email. Delayed payment methods receive access only after payment succeeds. ZIP archives contain DOCX, PDF and/or XLSX files as listed on the product page. You need software able to open those formats. No macros are required. Access links expire after 30 days; use the restore-access page with your order reference and checkout email to obtain a fresh link automatically. Save a local copy of your files.
Immediate supply and cancellation
Before checkout you must actively request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that, once supply begins, you lose the 14-day right to cancel where that right applies. We repeat this confirmation in your purchase email. If you have not given valid consent to immediate supply, any applicable cancellation rights remain. To cancel where entitled, email hello@zapbooked.co.uk with your name, order reference and purchase date and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
Faulty or misdescribed content
Your statutory rights are unaffected. If a file is faulty, missing or not as described, contact us with the order reference and a description of the problem. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, including a replacement, repair or refund where required by law. We do not apply a blanket no-refunds policy.
Licence and responsible use
You may edit and reuse the resources within your own business and send completed client-facing documents to your clients. Do not resell, redistribute or publish blank templates. The resources are general business aids, not legal advice, accounting advice, safety assessments or a guarantee of compliance. They are not solicitor-drafted. Adapt all terms to your service and obtain suitable professional review before use. Check payments against your provider and availability against your diary.
Support and existing customers
Email hello@zapbooked.co.uk for support. We do not include bespoke setup, calls, managed software, client account configuration or ongoing document customisation in these purchases. Existing managed-service customers retain their existing agreed contract arrangements; this digital-product offer does not change historical agreements.
Keeping a copy
You can print or save these terms. Your purchase email records the product, price, delivery method, consent and key terms. Terms version: 27 September 2026. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights where the law does not permit it.
