Who is responsible
Nadine Pierre LTD, company 17235708, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, is responsible for information collected by ZapBooked. Contact hello@zapbooked.co.uk about privacy requests.
Purchases and support
We use your email, billing details, order reference, payment status and support messages to perform the purchase contract, deliver files and resolve problems. Stripe processes payment information; we do not store card numbers. Verified order and delivery records are held with Stripe. Resend processes transactional email. Vercel hosts the website. Do not send completed client questionnaires or sensitive client details to our support inbox.
Free checklist and optional marketing
We use the email you provide to deliver the requested checklist. Where marketing signup is available, its optional box is unticked by default. Only if you request marketing and confirm through the emailed link is your address added to the ZapBooked marketing segment. Existing unsubscribe preferences are respected. You can unsubscribe through your preference link or by contacting us. We do not add purchasers or support contacts to marketing automatically. No scheduled promotional sequence is currently enabled.
Analytics and security
We use the existing cookieless Nadine Analytics service to understand page visits and product/checkout/checklist events. We do not send customer email addresses or order download tokens in those events. Advertising tags are not loaded in the new storefront. Access tokens in download and preference links should be kept private. Hosting and payment providers may retain technical logs for security and service operation.
Retention and your rights
We retain order records as needed for delivery, accounting and legal obligations, normally up to six years after the relevant accounting period where required. Support correspondence is kept while needed to resolve the request and protect legitimate interests. Marketing contact preferences remain until withdrawal or periodic review; minimal suppression information may be retained to honour opt-outs. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable and object to relevant processing. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Providers and international processing
Our hosting, payment and email providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable contractual safeguards. Their current privacy notices explain their processing: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy, stripe.com/privacy and resend.com/legal/privacy-policy. The service does not upload the customer information you enter in downloaded templates to ZapBooked. Keep your completed files secure. Updated 27 September 2026.
