Protected purchase access
Paid files are held outside the public web directory. Downloads require a signed, expiring link and a server-side check of the paid Stripe order. Refunded or disputed payments do not grant download access. Keep your access links private.
Protecting your client information
Store completed documents in an access-controlled location, share only with people who need them and keep backups. Collect only necessary details. Avoid entering sensitive health information in a general event questionnaire; use an appropriate service-specific process if needed.
