ZapBooked provides downloadable files. Client information entered in your local DOCX, PDF or XLSX files is not sent to ZapBooked. Your business decides how to collect, store and protect that information and must choose an appropriate lawful basis and retention period.
Our purchase records
Stripe handles payments and order records, Resend handles transactional emails and confirmed marketing preferences, and Vercel hosts the website. See the privacy policy for the data we collect and your rights. Historical service arrangements are governed by the agreements already in place.
